You must be running your business operations in the North Red region to qualify. North Red is a lender of last resort; you must provide evidence of being unsuccessful in acquiring funds from a traditional lender, such as a bank or credit union. CF North Red Business Loans Available to new or expanding business Repayable Loans: up to a maximum of $150,000 10% equity required Interest rate is calculated by averaging the 5 yr. term-loan lending rate of the major banks, plus 2% Example (6% + 7 + 6.5 + 7.5 + 8)/5 = 7 + 2 = 9% Flexible terms and conditions Western Youth Entrepreneur Program The Western Youth Entrepreneur Program is designed to help young people recognize their entrepreneurial goals and start a small business. The program offers guidance in business planning, development and operations; mentoring and counseling; and access to small business loans. The program provides loans to eligible young entrepreneurs between the ages of 18 and 29 who are unable to obtain financing from traditional lenders.
